Balsamic Marinated Chicken
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1-1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast (see Cook Tips)
To Make Ahead: Cover and refrigerate the marinade for up to 3 days; marinate the chicken for up to 12 hours.
